Mercato: Arsenal send €35m for Ajax player!

Ajax demand €58m for Timber
According to The Athletic, the Gunners have made an initial offer of €35 million to Ajax Amsterdam for their central defender Jurrien Timber (22, 15 caps for the Netherlands). According to the English media, Ajax Amsterdam have rejected this initial offer and are demanding around €58 million for their player, who has also been linked with Manchester United in recent weeks.
