Mercato: Daichi Kamada to sign for AC Milan
Japanese attacking midfielder Daichi Kamada, whose contract with Eintracht Frankfurt expires on June 30, is to sign for AC Milan, according to several sources.
After a successful season (16 goals and 7 assists), Japanese international Daichi Kamada (26) will not be leaving Frankfurt for OM, to whom he was vaguely linked a few days ago by the Italian press.
According to several corroborating sources in Germany and Italy, Daichi Kamada is in the process of signing a five-year contract with AC Milan, who have qualified for the forthcoming Champions League. According to Sport1, Atlético Madrid and Borussia Dortmund were also interested, but the Japanese player opted for the Rossoneri. Barring any new developments, Kamada will undergo his medical with AC Milan next week, according to Fabrizio Romano.
Understand Milan have also formally communicated to Eintracht that negotiations are ongoing with Daichi Kamada over free deal; agreement is at final stages. 🔴⚫️🇯🇵 ACMilan
