Mercato OM : an MLS star dreams of Marseille !

Former ASSE player, Denis Bouanga has been having a great time in MLS for the past year with Los Angeles FC and dreams of signing for OM during the next summer mercato.

A new name for the mercato of OM! According to Mohamed Toubache-Ter, Denis Bouanga wants to join OM. "He gets up OM, he eats OM, he sleeps OM," tweeted the insider in recent hours, always very well informed about the former striker of Nimes and ASSE, which appeals in particular to LOSC in view of the next season.

The 28-year-old Gabonese international arrived in MLS in August 2022 after being relegated to Ligue 2 with ASSE, and a few months later won the North American championship with Los Angeles FC, being a starter and decisive in the playoffs.

Bouanga scored 15 goals in 2023

This season, Bouanga is in great form and has already scored 15 goals in 16 appearances in all competitions, with also 7 assists on the counter. Performances that should allow him to be courted during the next summer market, especially in Europe.

On April 5th, Denis Bouanga confided to RMC Sport his desire to return to the Old Continent: "I miss Europe. It's hard to be away from my family. I think I still have the ability to play in a European team and show my strength.

It remains to be seen if OM is interested in his arrival and how much LAFC will ask for him knowing that Denis Bouanga's contract runs until December 2025.
