Mercato OM: European U17 champion arrives

European U17 champion with the French national team last year, Reims winger Alexis Kabamba (17) is set to sign his first pro contract with OM.

OM is betting on the future. According to L'Equipe, the Phocaean club will be signing promising 17-year-old striker Alexis Kabamba from Reims, who won last year's Euro U17 with the French national team.

This left-footed winger, who often plays on the right, made five appearances during the competition. Having reached the end of his contract with Reims, Alexis Kabamba is set to sign his first professional contract with OM for a three-year period, according to L'Equipe.
