Mercato PSG : agreement in principle with Lucas Hernandez
PSG has found an agreement in principle with Lucas Hernandez according to L'Equipe and will now have to agree with Bayern Munich, which will not be easy.
PSG's interest in Lucas Hernandez is confirmed. As mentioned earlier, Luis Campos wants to recruit a left-footed central defender this summer and is going for the 27-year-old French world champion, who has only one year left on his contract at Bayern Munich, where he was initially expected to extend.
But the defender's injury at the last World Cup slowed down negotiations with Bayern and PSG stepped into the breach. According to L'Equipe, an agreement in principle has been found between the Parisian club and Lucas Hernandez for a coming this summer.
PSG will have to find an agreement with Bayern Munich
An important step forward in the case, but far from being decisive since PSG now have to find common ground with Bayern Munich, which wants to extend its defender. "The club never retains elements that do not want to stay. We will have to discuss with everyone. But it is too early to open the door," Bayern told the French sports daily.
