Mercato PSG: Galtier's successor expected next week
Like OM, PSG are hoping to appoint their next coach in the next few days, according to the latest echoes from L'Equipe, which suggests a two-man race between Julian Nagelsmann and another coach.
PSG have reached an agreement with Christophe Galtier to terminate his final year's contract. According to Le Parisien, <a href=/news/mercato-psg-christophe-galtier-to-receive-a-handsome-cheque>the PSG will pay the French coach €6 million. This will enable the Parisian club to speed up the search for his successor.
A two-man race with Nagelsmann and "another" coach
According to L'Equipe journalist Loïc Tanzi, PSG hope to announce their new coach next week, and a two-man race is being discussed between Julian Nagelsmann and an unnamed coach. Could it be Luis Enrique, Xabi Alonso or Massimiliano Allegri? Or a name that has not yet been revealed? The answer is imminent.
