Official : Evan Ndicka joins AS Roma

Having reached the end of his contract with Eintracht Frankfurt, Franco-Ivorian central defender Evan Ndicka (23) has officially signed for AS Roma.

After Houssem Aouar, AS Roma have made their second summer signing in Evan Ndicka, a Franco-Ivorian central defender with Auxerre, who spent the last five years with Eintracht Frankfurt, where he established himself as one of the best defenders in the Bundesliga. The Paris native, once linked with Barcelona and PSG, has committed himself to the Jose Mourinho-trained club until 2028.

"The project that was explained to me, as well as the history and prestige of this club, pushed me to come to Rome, a fantastic city that loves and lives for soccer: I can't wait to take to the pitch at the Olimpico in front of my new fans and to be able to make my contribution to achieving our goals," reacted Evan Ndicka on the AS Roma website.
