PSG has a budget of €200m to finish its mercato
Having already signed five new players for around 105 million euros, PSG would still have to spend another 200 million euros to recruit the two attacking players they are courting at the end of the mercato.
In the next few days, PSG are set to make official the replacement of Christophe Galtier by Luis Enrique, as well as the names of their first five recruits of the mercato.
Already 5 recruits
PSG have already finalized the arrivals of three players at the end of their contracts(Milan Skriniar, Marco Asensio and young Cher Ndour), as well as two players who were still under contract: Manuel Ugarte, who will leave Sporting CP for €60m, and Lucas Hernandez, who will arrive from Bayern Munich for around €45m.

With five new recruits and a total transfer fee of €105 million, PSG has already made good progress with two months still to go. The months of July and August will be used by the Parisian club to try and complete two attacking signings: a right-winger and a center-forward.
PSG targets a right-winger and a striker
According to Le Parisien, PSG has a budget of 200 million euros to complete these two attacking recruits. The priority for the attacking midfielder/winger position is Bernardo Silva, who is valued at around 80 million euros. It remains to be seen whether Manchester City will agree to sell him.

PSG have also set their sights on a new centre-forward, and are courting Harry Kane. With €120m, PSG could convince Tottenham, but the England international has for the moment <a href=/news/mercato-harry-kane-agrees-with-bayern-munich>given his preference to Bayern Munich according to the German press. According to Le Parisien, PSG are also considering two other options to strengthen their attack.
Kane, Kolo Muani, Rashford or Osimhen?
The first leads to Randal Kolo Muani, who Frankfurt values at around €100m, the second to another international striker "who could be" <a href=/news/rashford-set-to-extend-his-manchester-united-contract>Marcus Rashford according to the regional daily. The problem is that, according to a number of corroborating sources, Rashford is in the process of extending his contract at Manchester United.
Finally, Le Parisien reminds us that PSG are interested in Victor Osimhen, but Napoli are currently asking for €180m, which makes this a rather implausible option. It's also possible that PSG will finally decide to blow their entire budget on a single attacking player, but this is not the trend according to the Parisian daily.
PSG will still have to sell
If PSG has €200m to strengthen its attack, it's thanks in particular to the salary savings linked to the departures of Lionel Messi and Sergio Ramos at the end of their contracts, as well as to the CVC contract negotiated by the LFP, which will bring in almost €200m for PSG over the next three years.
But according to Le Parisien, PSG will still have to sell between now and the end of the mercato to replenish its coffers and comply with UEFA's new financial fair play rules. El Chadaille Bitshiabu, wooed by Leipzig and Frankfurt, is concerned by a potential departure, as are Julian Draxler, Leandro Paredes and Mauro Icardi.
