PSG ready to invest €100m on Osimhen
In search of a new striker this summer, PSG is ready to put 100 million euros on Victor Osimhen according to RMC Sport, but Napoli hopes for 50 million more...
Along with Randal Kolo Muani (Frankfurt) and Harry Kane (Tottenham), Victor Osimhen (Napoli) is one of the most courted strikers for the summer mercato. A summer where many big clubs want to recruit a new center forward, from Manchester United to Chelsea, through Bayern Munich, PSG and Real Madrid.
Like the two players mentioned, Osimhen is tracked by PSG and RMC Sport claims that it is even the priority of the Parisian club in attack for the upcoming summer mercato. The fact that Luis Campos knows the Nigerian striker's agent well is obviously an asset, but it is not enough at this stage.
Napoli demand €150m for Osimhen
According to RMC Sport, PSG is indeed ready to invest €100 million on the best striker of Serie A, which is a nice sum. But Aurelio De Laurentiis, the demanding Neapolitan president, is asking for 150 according to the Italian press. A figure confirmed by RMC, which adds that ADL seems "not very flexible" on the payment terms. This may imply, for example, that he will not want any players in exchange for Osimhen.
If the gap between PSG and Napoli is important, the willingness of the former Lille will necessarily be another important element in this case. The latter has never hidden his ambition to play one day in the Premier League, but according to RMC, Osimhen has not closed the door to Paris until then.
