Real Madrid: Ancelotti to coach Brazil in 2024
According to the Brazilian press, Carlo Ancelotti will complete his contract at Real Madrid until June 2024 before taking over the Brazilian national team.
Brazil, who host Senegal in a friendly this Tuesday evening, have completed the signing of Carlo Ancelotti for the summer of 2024. According to GloboEsporte and UOL, a verbal agreement was reached last week in Spain between Carlo Ancelotti and Ednaldo Rodrigues, the president of the CBF, the Brazilian soccer federation.

Real Madrid are already aware of this agreement, and the CBF even attempted to get Ancelotti back this summer, which the Spanish club refused. According to GloboEsporte, Ancelotti's future arrival on the Brazilian bench will not be made official until early 2024 at the earliest.
In the meantime, Carlo Ancelotti will continue to look after Real Madrid, and is expected to propose to the CBF a man he trusts to ensure the transition and share the post with Ramon Menezes, Brazil's current interim coach. This man is not expected to be his son Davide Ancelotti, who will remain with him at Real this season.
